Refund policy

Because every Easy Aisle Studio product is an instant digital download, all sales are final. We're unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a template has been purchased and accessed.

 

We know that's a firm line, so here's the kinder half of it: if you're unsure whether a template is the right fit, please message us before you buy. We'd genuinely rather help you choose the right design — or tell you honestly if it isn't for you — than have you end up with something that doesn't fit.

 

And if something isn't working after your purchase (a broken link, a file issue, or a step in the guide you're stuck on), please reach out. We'll always help you get it sorted.
